A graduate of St. Christopher’s School, University of Richmond, and the University of Richmond School of Law (T.C. Williams), Victor was the first in his family to graduate college—a legacy he wore with pride.
He learned the value of hard work from an early age working at his father Faiz Shaheen’s restaurant, Philip’s Continental Lounge, a Richmond institution since 1962. Those early experiences helped shape the relentless work ethic that would define his career.
